What type of supplements should I be taking for weight loss?

Q. Just not sure what I should be taking for weight loss. Some people say whey during the day and casein at night, would this work for weight loss? I work out everyday, just not sure what will assist in the goal of thin and beautiful. Currently at 160, aiming for 145 by July. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

A. Hi,

Eating a healthy diet is the key importance to your weight loss success. The same can be said for a regular exercise program. You need to be optimistic!

What weight loss pills are most effective?
Q. Im looking for some opinions on weight loss pills.
What weight loss pills work the best, the fastest, and the most effective?

A. There is no such kind of pills, Because they will surely have some side effect, if you still want to loose try some ayur ones.

Is it bad to take energy weight loss supplements before working out to boost stamina?
Q. I recently discovered that when I take energy weight loss supplements before a work-out that I am able to work-out longer without getting tired as quickly as I would without taking them. I tend to work-out in the evenings starting out with running. (The supplement I am taking is the Quick Trim the ISO-BURN AM.)

A. yes, it is bad and you should not take any weight loss supplements before you work out (or ever for that matter) because they contain ingredients that get rid of your fat (Good and bad fat), which you need to burn in order to gain muscle. If you have no fat to burn, your body starts to burn the muscle instead and you will diminish your muscles as well as your fat, which is very unhealthy. Also, the diet supplement will get rid of key vitamins in your body when it gets rid of the fat, leaving you with less vitamins such as omega 3, iron, and calcium, which works against you when you exercise and destroys the inside of your body. Do yourself a favor, and don't use the weight loss supplement.
PS. 75% of people who use weight loss supplements gain back their lost weight and usually gain even more weight.

Do the green tea weight loss pills really work?
Q. I just purchased a big bottle of green tea weight loss pills, do they really work? And any tips on weight loss?
There's always these dieting things that say that green tea helps burn fat and such... Is this just a myth or does it actually help weight loss?

A. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and you can easily do this without the help of any diet pills. These pills may get more than 2 pounds off per week but it is unhealthy and probably not long lasting. As soon as you stop the pill the weight will come back and you will gain more weight than you lost putting you in a worse position. Instead of trying to lose weight quickly try to do it over a period of time. It is healthier and more likely to stay off for good.
