What are some foods to help you lose weight faster?

Q. Hey I was just wondering if anyone knew some really good foods to help you lose weight faster. I know you're supposed to eat a lot protein and vegetables and fruits, but I'm somewhat confused because I heard you're not supposed to eat a lot of fruits because of the sugar?

A. I'm in an ROTC (recruitment officer training corps.)group at my highschool and we do PT but that's not for everyone. Exercise consists of three main point, Warm up, The body ofvthe work out, and then the warm down. The most important is the warm down, because is brings your muscles back to a state of relaxation rather than tention. Now every workout should start with stretches. The regulars (touching your toes, cherry pickers etc.) Then in the body of the work out, well... That's just cardio stuff if youre trying to just lose weight. Running, jumps and body builders. (body builders are an exercise in which you go from the standing position, to a curled up ball, to the push up position spread your legs, bring em back, go back to the ball and jump in the air. Then stretch again for the warm down. If you do these things for an hour a day for two days a week you'll be good, oh and don't forget about eating well too. Meats. Starches. Fruit.
