A. I started my weighloss adventure about 4 months ago. I have done no diets. Just increased my physical activity and controlled the junk foods. I have lost 27 lbs and feel great. When I started I could barely run a mile. Now I can run 10 with not too much sweat.

A. For cardio jog at least a mile every day if you can't do a mile without stopping just jog until you are to tired to keep jogging and start walkng until you catch your breath enough to keep jogging
Do alot of pushups see how many push ups you can do without stopping and then do 5-10 sets a day i don't know what kinda wheight lifting equipment you have acsess to but you should do bench presses, military presses and curls
And for dieting just don't eat anything real fatty all packaged foods tells you how much fat it has in it try not to get more than 50% fat a day

Does fast weight loss affect the effectiveness of your birth control?
Q. I am on the depo shot and recently had weight loss surgery. The weight loss from the surgery has caused lots of heavy spotting (which has never happened before on the depo shot with me). Is the weight loss counteracting the effectiveness of the shot?
A. It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight quickly then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as quickly. I lost 5 pounds over the past few weeks when I had a special celebration to attend, and I did it by following the instruction supplied on the site in the box below.
