A. Try drinking a glass of water 15-20 minutes prior to your meal. Examples of exercises you can do include running, biking, swimming, stair stepping, rowing and jumping rope.

Minimize your carbohydrate intake. Avoid rice and potatoes. Also do not consume oily and fatty substances like clarified butter, butter and sweet potato.

A. If you are eating really small portions, eat 5 times a day. It keeps your metabolism going better. Eat lots of chicken and lean meats, fruits and vegtables, high fibre brown breads, brown rice, fat free milk, etc. And always be sure to get in a little healthy fat everyday (olive oil,etc) your body needs it. If you excersise alot, you need to eat a little more. Too much excersise and not enough food, you don't lose as well. Trust me it works. And when you do want to splurge on other things, go for it. Just watch the portion size.
