Q. Who, what demographic group is the least active group of the society from a health, fitness point of view and why?
How they should be targeted to attract them to healthier lifestyle?
How they should be targeted to attract them to healthier lifestyle?
A. Where I live, it's middle eastern women and south Asian men and women. Among the reasons, it's not part of their culture to exercise, and they eat high starch high sugar diets.
Female-only gyms can help the women. However, the only realistic solution is for schools to teach the children - all children for that matter - about the importance of proper nutrition and exercise. Hopefully, the kids will encourage their parents to make better food and activity choices.

Can someone help me find good and interesting health and fitness articles?
Q. Okay for P.E I have to write summaries on health or fitness articles. I need two of them but I cannot find anything interesting, I mean, how am I supposed to do a summary on "Celebrity fitness routines" like can some give me interesting ones? It would mean alot. Thanks.
A. The site in the resource box is on preparation for a figure competition. This is for fit women - NOT a beauty competition. It includes a number of articles which you may be able to summarise.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a new career field?
Q. I am looking for a new career choice/field. The fields that I am most interested are the fields of health/fitness, nutrition, as well as woman's rights. I enjoy working with adults and children in these areas. I would like to find a job that would allow me to do those things as well as to travel and learn about new cultures. I am asking because as I prepare for grad school I want to make sure that I can gear my studies to prepare me for those choices.
A. well one job i cant think of is being a teacher. if you taught wellness you would be working with both adults and children, and yould teach them about their health, nutrition, fitness... all the things you seem interested in. also, you would have the whole summer off to go on vacations and travel the world
Do you think health and fitness magazines influence your attitude towards health?
Q. So does anyone think magazines like "Women's Health" and "Oxygen" (both Australian) change the way you think about health and fitness? Do they want to make you become a healthier more active person?
I am doing an English assignment and I need to know if the magazines effect society in anyway. Thanks for your help.
