Is it safe to work out right after taking a weight loss supplement? ?

Q. I have recently started taking a weight loss supplement. I'm not sure if it's safe to work out (run) right after taking the supplement. Please tell me if thats okay or not. Thanks!

A. Well generally you should be OK, but as well all weight loss supplements have a risk of death with simply taking the drug, natural weight loss, or weight loss hypnosis would be an easier/healthier way for you to lose some weight. you can read about weight loss hypnosis and natural weight loss diets here http://www.losetheweightonline.com/?page_id=174 but, you shouldn't die ;)

What is the best most effective colon cleanse weight loss supplement ?
Q. I always hear of new colon cleansers everywhere I turn, and I want to know where I a could order a free smaple of a colon cleanser online without wasting my time. Also, how are you supposed to use colon cleanser as a weight loss supplement?

A. You will definitely lose weight. But it is only the weight of undigested food and waste, not any stored body fat. And it will just be replaced.
Gastroenterologists repeatedly state this "mucoid plague" promoted by non medical practitioners does not exist. They have yet to find any during a colonoscopy.
The best way to cleanse and detox is to stop eating and drinking processed and refined foods.
Get hold of a liver. Oh, you have one? Great.
Now just stand there and let it detoxify your body. Partner it with some kidneys and you've got the most efficient body cleanse and detox system known to man.
There is no build up of bad plaque, toxins, or sludge in a normal, reasonably healthy system.
If this was the case we would have people dying left and right from malnutrition since their small intestines couldn't absorb nutrients. The majority of the water from food and what we drink is reabsorbed through the colon, if our colons were clogged we would all be walking around looking like sponges right?
Detoxing is ridding the system - liver, kidneys, and intestines of toxins both internal and environmental. Our liver and kidneys aren't clogged with toxins. Otherwise we would be dead. The liver does in fact get layered with fat if we become overweight.
We "cleanse and detox" naturally 24 hours a day through respiration, sweat, liver, kidneys, urine, and feces.
We can help by eating a healthy diet with minimal processed and refined foods. They are loaded with additives, concentrates, and preservatives mostly in added sugars and salts.
Lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grain foods, lean meat cuts, fresh fish, beans, peas, brown rice, raw nuts, and barley keep a system as healthy and as clean as it can be.
Minimal alcohol, caffeine, soda.
Read food labels. If you can't pronounce it, don't put it in your body.
A healthy high fiber diet of whole fresh foods works every time. Increases the speed and efficiency of the digestive system and helps the body rid itself of both normal internal and environmental toxins.
Cleanses actually flush out the beneficial bacteria and enzymes in the digestive system.
Search "gut flora" to learn about the beneficial bacteria we need in our colon.
We have more beneficial bacteria in our digestive systems than all the cells in our bodies!
The digestive system is one of the largest contributors to our immune system health.
Spend your money in the produce department to speed your cleanse.
Good luck and good health.

What is the best weight loss supplement?
Q. I have been working on losing weight to become healthy. I have started a very nice exercise and diet plan (i.e. lifestyle change). I have lost 20 pounds so far. However, I would like to speed that process up or at least give it a push, especially with the holidays coming around. What is the best weight loss supplement out there that will give me a boost in my efforts? Thanks.

A. I'm sure you've heard of the thermogenics like Hydroxycut. I used to work at GNC and Hydroxycut Hardcore was our #1 seller by far. The other forms of Hydrodxycut were not far behind. If you already have diet and exercise down, I'd add a thermogenic.

If a thermogenic does not interest you, perhaps a healthy, natural supplementation would suffice. You should add the following to your regimen:

-A 7 day (or more) detoxification program
-GNC Lean Shake
-CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)

The detox alone will cleanse out your system (should be taken twice annually) and the Lean Shake is a protein powder with 8 grams of fiber per serving, keeping you full and less hungry longer. The CLA is taken by just about all bodybuilders when they are trying to lose weight. It literally turns your fat into energy, but not over night or even in a week like a thermogenic. CLA is a long term use and is very healthy for you. Here are the links for the Detox, Lean Shake, and CLA

CLA (Tonalin or Thermo CLA recommended) --- http://www.gnc.com/search/index.jsp?kwCatId=&kw=cla&origkw=cla&sr=1

What is the number one weight loss supplement out there to help me loose my gut?
Q. i do p90x ( a streneous workout program) i drink 100% Whey Protein Fuel b4 and after workout. But my main goal is to get a 6pack which i cannot get due to the fat on my stomach. What is the number one weight loss supplement out there so i can loose my gut and see the results of my workout?

A. Bro, I would try something like a green tea about 3 times per day. don't go with any of the scam pills in the bottle. If they worked people would be skinny and stop buying them and the pill companies would be out of biz. But people just keep getting bigger.

Usually losing weight is simple numbers. You need to know your basic metabolic rate (BMR). Once you know your BMR then you can design a diet lower in calories than your BMR.

But.... it is not always that simple. You could also have metabolic anomalies or even hormone irregularities that can make losing weight virtually impossible.

Start with the simple stuff. Calculate your BMR right here http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ then alter your diet if necessary.

Now, if you don't see results after that you may look into the hormonal or metabolic areas. Also make sure you are being realistic, and that you do have weight to use. Don't forget... celebrities use tons of drugs and have personal trainers! We should all be so lucky 8)

I have been doing the crossfit workouts and they have shredded my body big time (removed my body fat). They are pretty tough, but the results are quick!

give them a try and see what you think. I usually do the WOD's

Also to tone muscle, make sure you are getting plenty of protein to aid in recovery and building of new muscle tissue
