Q. Hi I am 14, and I am 5'6 and I weigh 125 pounds I slowly gain weight and I want to lose some of it before I get over 130. I want to weigh around 115. But I don't really want to lose weight in my stomach because I have a flat stomach I have a huge behind and large outer thighs! Is there any way I can lose weight in these specific areas? If not good weight loss websites would be helpful. Links are appreciated!!
A. You are 5'6 and 125lbs. 130 would also be fine for your height.
To be at 115 you would probably have to be constantly hungry all the time and you would have to watch every single little thing you put in your mouth, where is the fun in that?
Stop fussing. You are either fishing for compliments or imagining problems that are not there.
If you were 200lbs or maybe even 170 I might give you some advice but you are not overweight.
I am fed up with girls complaining about how they're a twig but they want to look more like a pencil. Give it a rest.

What is a good gift idea for losing weight?
Q. So there is this Halloween challenge my weight loss website posted. I'm getting my mom involved and it's to lose 10 pounds by October 31st. It starts on August 28th. I want there to be a nice gift at the finish line! So, what could I purchase or do when we both lose the 10 pounds? Something inexpensive!
WTF is wrong with you people? I am asking for gift ideas for when we lose the weight!! Not weight loss ideas!! READ THE QUESTION!!!!

Some cultures view fat as beautiful and use force feeding to gain weight?
Q. I heard that in some places in South America, obesity is considered beautiful. And people force feed themselves to gain weight. Women, mostly. Fat women were also popular in ancient China. This is interesting to me since in America we're all obsessed with skinny.
Where can I find more information about the way different cultures view weight?
I've been trying to research this, but when I Google it all I get is weight loss websites.
I said ANCIENT China, not modern China.

A. There are places in the south pacific that have rather positive views on weight like in Samoa and Tonga.
Will a doctor prescribe weight loss pills to you if you're under 18?
Q. I really need to lose some stomach fat, but I don't have money to buy those weight loss pills online, and I don't trust anyone selling them on eBay. If you have any weight loss tips or websites that would be awesome, too. Thank you!
A. You should not take those even if they were given to you. Exercise and eat healthy. Loosing weight takes time and depends on your own body. Your body easily gets used to an amount of weight and tries to maintain it. This is so drastic that if you stop eating fatty foods, your body will actually absorb more fat from foods that have less fat. Even if your pills work, you will gain your weight back as soon as you stop taking them, they are by no means a solution. You wanna lose weight you gotta do it the old fashion way. Work out as much as REASONABLY possible, eat a a diet as balanced as possible and keep it up for the next 60 years. What would really help though, is consulting a nutritionist and getting an instructor for your exercise. Profesional help is extremely helpful IF YOU ARE WILLING TO DO THE WORK -some people consult professionals but refuse to make an effort-. Anyways, good luck.
