What is a good way to lose weight around your waist?

Q. I've been weight training and dieting and all it seems to do is help gain muscle around my arms and does very little for my waist. What should I do to lose waist and chest fat?

A. Unfortunately there is no scientific basis for spot reduction. You do need to eat right and exercise consistently for fat loss, you just can't choose when and where you will lose it.

And, exercising a specific area will not burn the fat off of that area or make it smaller. Your body simply doesn't work that way.

What are some natural weights loss pills that i could take?
Q. I want to lose weight, although i can not work out. I have several issues that restrain me from physical activity. I would like to take a pill to help me lose weight but i do not want something hat is to harming or risky. What is a natural weight lose pill that works well? I would like to be able to notice a difference in my weight withing a few weeks.

A. I'd check out that bee pollen suggestion before using it! I've never heard of it helping weight reduction.

I don't know of any natural weight loss pills and can only suggest you go on a proper weight loss diet, eat less, eat healthy, learn more about nutrition. Aim to lose about one pound a week, you won't be too hungry if you do it slowly like that. It's a shame you can't exercise but it will work if you eat less. Good luck.

I heard water fasts are healthy for u and clean out the body but i don't wanna lose too much weight doing it.

I am 5'4 and weigh 130lbs more or less, so if i drank only water for 2 days, how much weight would i lose?

It is good that you have sought the help of Yoga to bring your body back into shape. While your practices and measure to eliminate excess weight or what you do is important, what you shouldn�t do is just as important.

Yogic Diet



This is very important, if you wish to get back into shape and develop a healthy, slim and shapely physique. Let your diet be Yogic and Sattvic (pure, light and predominantly vegetarian).
