Which one is a better weight loss system?

Q. Between Jillian Michael's weight loss system and The Diet Solution by Isabel De Los Rios which one is better? If anybody has used either of these and has had real results I'd like to know. I'm not into crash diets. I want a good diet that is healthy and one I won't starve on. I've used weight watchers and it just took too much time counting points. If anybody can give me any information it would be greatly appreciated.

A. The only effective program is the one that you'll stick to. Go with whichever one you like enough to stick with, and it'll work. Getting into shape is a long-term process, and there's no magic system that will transform you instantly, of course.

Has anyone heared of the 4 day weight loss system?

I have been tryin to get rid of my extra weight Im 170 lbs at 5'6 and i can see it on my face so I need to do something and fast so I googled weight loss and the 4 day weight loss system came up it sounds really good but I dont want to pay for something that I dont know if it really works or not so I guess what Im asking is has anyone dont this and if so what is the diet so you loss from 12-18lbs in 4 day?

With so many weight loss plans today like 4 day, cabbage soup diet recipe, or any kind of program for that matter, you would find it difficult to choose which one would fit your needs on losing some extra pounds. What you need to do is to eat right and healthy. Avoid fast foods and junk foods. Eat vegetables, fruits, and drink water for it helps in weight loss. Also, don't forget to exercise daily.
