Is it harder to lose weight after having a baby?
Q. When I was younger I remember I could just stop eating junk food and lose weight right away. Now, I am having the struggle of my life! I work out intensely for an hour 5 times a week. I cut out 95% of processed foods out of my diet and don't eat any red meat in favor of fish and other lean cuts. It has been a month and still nothing.

A. You aren't! I have had such a hard time! People always tell me "you just had a baby" well the reality is I had a baby.....7 months ago. I still have 25 lbs to go. I started weight watchers last week and so far so good. I lost 5 lbs last week. Hopefully it will hold up for a while. I don't go to the meetings, I just looked up the info online and am giving it a try.

Does eating raw foods make you lose weight?
Q. My doctor said I need to eat a lot more raw foods but I don't want to lose any weight. I actually want to gain some weight. I'm 5'4 and 100 lbs. Is it possible to eat a lot of raw foods and not lose weight?
A. Eating raw food doesn't make you loose weight. Getting less calories makes you loose weight. That being said, most raw foods are low calorie, so you'll probably have to eat a little more than you do now, but you shouldn't be afraid to eat some fruits and vegetables once in a while.
