Q. As someone with an eating disorder, how do I deal with people asking me for weightloss tips?
I've lost a total of 100lbs with my eating disorder and recently a few girls that I went to high school with and some people in my neighborhood have been asking me about my weight loss and to give them some advice on losing weight. I don't feel comfortable telling these people about my eating disorder. How do I handle this?

A. I have an eating disorder too so I can relate to this situation. I can get why you wouldn't want to tell someone who you aren't close to about your problems with food. I normally make a joke when people ask those kinds of questions, it makes the situation a bit calmer.
What is better for weightloss: eating less or exercising more?

A. Both combined would be perfect.
Exercising more will be most beneficial though as it might work best as a long-term solution rather than cutting out calories.
Eating less does not necessarily contribute to weight-loss whereas types of calories you intake do. Try to leave out some high-fat foods and increase variety of other foods.

A. I am trying to get information on this as well. It seems that it is the "secret" for Hollywood women - but I also read that it is really a muscle builder/fat burner. I'm trying to find out it it is similar to ephedra in that it truly suppresses appetite and increases energy. I miss Metabolife 356. A. Fat loss is the loss of only body fat which occurs when the body metabolizes (burns) fat for energy. That is how most people want to lose weight because they are trying to get rid of body fat.
Weight loss is the loss of weight which can happen through the loss of body fat, water, and waste. In cases of starvation or near starvation weight can also be lost through the metabolization of lean tissues such as muscle.
