Q. I am considering taking adipex for weightloss. My doctors appointment is tomorrow and I am somewhat nervous about taking them. I've lost a total of 100lbs with my eating disorder and recently a few girls that I went to high school with and some people in my neighborhood have been asking me about my weight loss and to give them some advice on losing weight. I don't feel comfortable telling these people about my eating disorder. How do I handle this?

A. I have an eating disorder too so I can relate to this situation. I can get why you wouldn't want to tell someone who you aren't close to about your problems with food. I normally make a joke when people ask those kinds of questions, it makes the situation a bit calmer.
What is better for weightloss: eating less or exercising more?

Eating less does not necessarily contribute to weight-loss whereas types of calories you intake do. Try to leave out some high-fat foods and increase variety of other foods.
