A. take good break fast and drink a lots of water in morning take one glass full with water add in one lemon and one tea spoon of honey. take green tea in evening its is so effected try this and see after one month

A. by eating celery and peanut butter for snacks and before meals you actually burn up more calories than you ingest. This means you can actually lose weight while curbing your need to eat the wrong things.
