Q. I have heard of this weight-loss trick but thought it sounded really out there. A friend wants to try it. Supposedly the woman is induced into lactating and then she donates the milk for premature born babies in neonatal. A worthy cause in my opinion. Ever heard of this or know how many calories?
A. breastfeeding DOES burn calories...your body is making the breastmilk and that takes energy. a person does not have to move to create and burn off energy, you do it while you are sleeping. i don't know what book said there has to be movement that a person can SEE to burn calories, but wherever it is show me so i can call the author an idiot. i too wish that people would get the facts straight before they tell others to get them straight.
i lost 10 lbs a month breastfeeding my daughter, by the end of my 6 month breastfeeding time, i lost about 40 pounds. you burn between 200 and 500 calories a day breastfeeding, depending on how much the baby eats. on average i'd say 250. i know i burned more than 250 because i lost weight rapidly and my daughter ate constantly. while i was in the hospital i was told to eat double servings of dessert because i would need the extra 300 calories or so to produce a day's milk...so i will say that breastfeeding on average burns 300 calories per day.
i don't think that people sell breastmilk anymore, perhaps they do. however i am sure that people can be induced into lactating. there are even medications that people can take to begin producing breastmilk.

A. Phentramin-d is the best as it is a safest diet pills which is produced at an FDA approved laboratory. This diet pill contains a blend of ingredients and the chemical compound Dimethyl-pentylamine-hydrochloride Trimethylxanthin. Therefore, you should consult first, if it can conflict with other medicines you may be taking. http://p.gs/75xhs

does anyone know how weight watchers figures out their POINTS system? Or any weight loss tips/tricks?
Q. I'm 5'6 and 190 lbs. Just curious if anyone knows how many points i should be eating in a day. I try to stay around the realm 1500-2000 calories a day, but i don't get much exercise. If anyone has any weight loss tips that helped them I would love to hear it! I've had two babies and the weight just doesn't wanna seem to come off. And has anyone heard of the weight loss drug Phydremine? Thanks for any suggestions!
