What good tasting teas aid in weight loss?

Q. I know green tea does but there is no way I can make that stuff taste good enough to where I can tolerate it.
But what other teas help with weight loss?
And what teas (the aid in weight loss) could I drink in the mornings?

Any teas that taste good without having to add any sugar to it?
I don't want any calories added to it. Just plain and simple yet tasty and beneficial.

Anything BUT green tea. I can barely get one sip down.

A. You could try to use sweetener, a teaspoon of sugar is roughly 50 calories where sweetener is only a couple. there are teas that taste a little better that are good for you; any kind of mint teas is good for your digestion. Be careful when looking at the fruit teas they tend to have slot of additives.

Does Chinese Weight Loss Tea Stunt Growth?
Q. Recently bought chinese weight loss tea (not green or woolong). I don't remember the name of it, but it stops the body from absorbing carbs and fat, or makes you go to the washroom directly after meals. Will this stunt your growth?

A. no..

Do the green tea weight loss pills really work?
Q. I just purchased a big bottle of green tea weight loss pills, do they really work? And any tips on weight loss?
There's always these dieting things that say that green tea helps burn fat and such... Is this just a myth or does it actually help weight loss?

A. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and you can easily do this without the help of any diet pills. These pills may get more than 2 pounds off per week but it is unhealthy and probably not long lasting. As soon as you stop the pill the weight will come back and you will gain more weight than you lost putting you in a worse position. Instead of trying to lose weight quickly try to do it over a period of time. It is healthier and more likely to stay off for good. Does the weight loss tea thing work and is it safe and can you get it at a store?
Q. I'm 14 and I was wondering if the chinese weight loss tea works and if it's safe for someone my age. Also can you get it at a store because my mom won't let me get it if you have to order it over the internet. Please help!?!?!?!?

A. No, no, and NO! I wish you young girls would stop looking for the easy way out! There isn't one. And this one especially can be dangerous because it is a diuretic (meaning it empty's the body of fluids) ... and several ingredients in these teas have been shown to cause kidney failure and liver failure. This product will only rid you of short term water weight ... it will never solve the problem like a healthy diet and exercise will.

You must get it into your head now - at 14 - that there's no "quick" fix to losing weight that will last. It will only hurt your body and cause damage ~ that sometimes is irreparable. The best way to keep weight off is to exercise (even for just 30 minutes) at least 5 times a week (you will need more if you are very heavy). Walking is THE safest and best form of exercise.

Also, drinking 64 ounces of water a day (which also helps your skin and joints), eating LOTS of veggies and fruits, and eating VERY little of red meat and high fat foods (like fast food, butter, and white bread). Here is a great link for you to check out ...
