What is the best weight loss tea product?

Q. Hi, I want to know what is the best weight loss tea for losing my belly fat!? I exercise five times a week and eat healthy but I want a little more help :) So I want to know what is the best product from people with experience.

A. I have always enjoyed green tea as part of my healthy lifestyle, and would recommend it. I would also recommend a product called tava tea, which I have been using since March. It is the strongest weight loss green tea available, tastes great, but the packs are more expensive than regular green tea. Lasts awhile though. Even longer if you reuse the teabags :p


How safe are herbal weight loss teas?
Q. I'm trying to lose about 10 pounds and I was wondering if weight loss teas would help ("Three Ballerina" brand). I don't want to damage my body in any way, however. Do you know if these teas are safe to drink?

A. Green tea is a detoxifier...and cheaper.. but don't forget water! Very important! As for weight loss, minerals, vitamins, and good food is the best! Google the affects of teas!


What brand name green tea helps you lose weight?
Q. I just drank Salada green tea and i was wondering if its a good weight loss tea. I also read that, i think its called, Dragon Well green tea will do it too? idk.
