Did somebody know a menu for daily diet?
Q. I need to change my diet I'm start doing exercise and loss weigth but if I don't change my old way to eat I'm going to gain weigth again. If somebody can give me some tips I know that I have to eat fruits, veggies and all that but I wish maybe you have a good menu that you care your self to not getting fat.
