What is the best inexpensive pill to help lose weight?

Q. I am a stay at home so I can't afford something expensive. Or will water pills help lose weight? What do you think is best? I am gonna start on more fruits but not a big veggie eatter.
I failed to mention that I do eat a lot of protein and starting back walking now that the weather is getting better outside. I don't want to use just diet pills or water pills: I just need some motivation and a push to get started. Thanks for your helps.

A. I don't think there is any miracle pill to make you lose weight, they are all gimmicks with one thing in mind. "To make money." That's it. All of these wonder diets, pills, exercise machines that claim to make you lose weight while you sleep are just glorified money makers which do nothing.

You said it best. Eat more fruits and veggies and WORK OUT. Cardio exercises are the only way you are going to lose weight. And hey. Its FREE.

And good points made: if these pills actually worked, all of society would be model thin and we aren't. we are the most overweight country in the world because we are lazy and always look for the "gimmicky" easy way out, and it doesn't work.

How does drinking water help lose weight?
Q. I wonna start drinking water instead of soda. I only drink coke and I think im addicted and is the main cause of my weight gain so how will drinking water help lose weight?

A. Well first a cup of soda is usually 100+ calories, a cup of water 0.

The reason why water helps you lose weight is basically its whats keep your body moving. If you don't get enough water a whole myriad of symptoms pop up. Starts with things like dry lips, dark urine, etc. Those will be what you see - what you dont see is that your internal parts don't have what they need to work the way they should It's still going, but not optimally.

Processing it burn calories, it helps your body cycle waste, and keeps your body feeling fuller etc. I believe I read somewhere that if you aren't getting enough water (by 1cup per day) and correct that, you will burn an additional 50 calories or so each day. It doesn't seem like much... but it works out to be about 5pounds of weight loss in a year. And how easy would it be to just add 1 cup of water to your day?

How do you suppress your hunger effectively to help lose weight?
Q. im 18 im 5'6 205 ponds so i need to become skinny so how do you suppress your hunger effectively to help lose weight but not starve .. but fat lose tips wood B appreciated Please and thank you all 4 year time

A. not eating isn't the best way to lose weight, which i know from experience. i recommend going for a 30min - 1hour walk for 5-7 days a week. you can download an app on iphones called runkepper and it lets you know how much weight you've lost during that walk/run. it helps keep you motivated. lose the weight the right way :)

What hormones need to be replaced to help lose weight and regain the libido?
Q. What hormones are needed to help lost weight and regain your libido during menopause

A. Hormones don't help lose weight. A proper diet and the proper physical exercise does. Visit a personal trainer for the plan to best suit your needs based on your weight and active levels.

As far as regaining libido during menopause, estrogen re-uptake would be your best option here. I recommend looking into vitamins, most commonly labeled as Premarin or Cenestin. These vitamins will greatly aid during menopause. Please consult with your family physician for more information.

Best of luck.
