What is the best diet pill or quick weight lose pill around?

Q. What diet pill or fast weight lose pill works the best. I have tried hydroxycut hardcore but I have not seen any results lately. I work out at least three to four times a week. Any help would be appreciated.

A. diet and cardio, no way around it.

commercially available diet pills do little if anything, no magic weight loss pills out there so u can stop looking, and start being realistic

diet is the key to losing weight, limit calories and avoid simple carbs and sugars


How can you measure the amount of weight you lose of your total weight lose in a competion?
Q. At work we are having a "Biggest Loser " weight lose challenge of 5 woman ,but we all weigh different amounts of weight who ever loses the most percent of their weight will win $180.00 How would you determine the weight lose to be fair ? Would it be the percent of weight lost or by pounds lost?

A. You divide lbs lost by the starting weight of that week/

So if you weighed 200 lbs & then lost 5 lbs that week, you divide 5 (lbs lost) by 200 (current weight). So .02%
Each week you divide the lbs lost by the CURRENT weight from previous weigh in. That will be the most fair way & the same as they do it on Biggest Loser.

A. Nothing more than an egg a day. Eggs are not such a bright idea. It would be best to reduce your intake of eggs to maybe three in a week. But for those of you die hard egg fans, you may have up to one egg a day but nothing more than that.


How do i stick to a weight lose routine?
Q. I have become overweight since i have had my children. I have attempted a few things to lose weight but nothing ever sticks. I want to feel pretty again and the only way to do it is to be thinner. Any ideas on how to stick to a weight lose routine and be healthy, from eating healthy meals to exercise, I need it all. Keep in mind I'm very busy, married, have two children :) thank you

A. A major factor to losing weight is your diet. cut out fats like chips and cake, anything sweet. That doesnt mean if you got to like a wedding you cant have cake.. Eat lots of snacks like veg and fruits! Dont over do the carbs. try to eat more fish. Drink a lot of water! Dont drink soda or sweet drinks good luck:)
