What are some healthy foods and exercises that can help you lose weight faster?

Q. I know eating fruits and vegetables are healthy but, that is not enough for me. I really need to work off my belly weight for the Summer. What exercises most help me lose belly weight? I really need help here!

A. Special K bars, salads, soy milk, and yes fruits and vegetables!(:
Running and Walking really do help, so do swimming, dancing does too!
Squats and jumping jacks and pushups and situps!
Crunches actually work so long as you remember to breathe when exercising. These DO work.
I lose a pound a DAY doing these.


What are some good exercises to lose weight?
Q. I know that I can not target any areas, but I am asking for some good exercises to help me lose weight. I want them to work good and make my stomach and legs look smaller. I have been trying all summer and nothing works! School is about to start up again.. A little over a month. Anything that will work quick would be great! A. Any form of cardio preformed at a higher intensity will drop your body fat fast and effectively. In addition, make sure to cut out any soft drinks in your diet and replace it with water. Drinking a lot of water is also a great way to assist you in your weight loss goals.

Q. I've been doing a lot of toning exercises (squats, crunches, lunges...) but I haven't lost any weight. I've been dieting too.

A. running and balancing a nutrition plan and yes even going on a trampoline because jumping uses all the muscles in your body


Would taking Meizitang and exercising help me lose 20 pounds?
Q. A friend of mine takes Meizitang and has lost so much weight. He claims that taking the pills has helped curb his appetite. He eats less and doesn't really exercise. Would taking Meizitang and exercising daily help my lose weight? I'm planning on using it to help me control my appetite and learn to make healthier eating choices.

A. There's no guarantee that what worked for your friend should work out the same for you. Regular exercise and a proper diet is what I would guarantee to work.
