Has anyone tried the AMPM weigth loss pill that has been advertised?

Q. I just ordered a trial of the AMPM weigth loss that garantees you lose 20 lbs in 25 days. Does anyone know if it is effective. It states that it is all natural (green tea and hoodia). Was just wondering if there are any side effects.

A. Diet pills don't work, the weight lost is only water and you gain it back right away.

How much weight do you think I could lose by Christmas?
Q. Hey, so I am looking to lose some weight by Christmas, I joined LIFETIME fitness yesterday, so mea nd my mom are going in to get our pictures and such taken tomorrow for our ID's, and so I plan on starting my diet next week on Monday, along with my excercise. How muchw eight do you think i should lose by Chrsitmas? Just so I can set a weigth loss goal for myself?
I'm 147 pounds, looking to drop that 40 or 30 pounds.

A. i think if you commit yourself to the diet and exercise program you could lose 22 pounds by christmas. BUT you have to stay committed and remeber to stay at a healthy weight 120-130 is pretty good.

When does an anorexic person start showing weigth loss?
Q. i was wondering, when a person starts becoming anorexic...when will you be able to start the weigh loss..
example...3 weeks...1 month..

A. The person that is anorexic doesn't see things right. Everyone else will see the weight loss and comment on it, and the anorexic will continue to see themselves as "fat". It is a mental disorder. Not attractive at all. People outside the anorexic will see the weight loss in a few weeks.

What's for supper? ANy good ideas?
Q. I am doing a weigth loss challange at school with other teachers and I need something that is good, not high in calories, and filling b/c I have to cook for my husband. I am running out of ideas help. PS I'm not a big lover of fish. thanks for any ideas

A. Asian Grilled Chicken Salad

2 chicken breasts, split in half
4 cups assorted fresh greens
1 cucumber, halved, seeded and sliced
1 carrot, shredded
2 green onions, thin sliced
1/2 package ramen noodles, uncooked, broken
2 mandarin oranges
five spice powder, salt and pepper - to taste

Dressing:
1/2 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons defatted chicken broth
1 clove garlic, fine chopped
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated fine
1 pinch sugar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

In a small bowl combine soy sauce, vinegar, broth and sugar. Whisk well until sugar is dissolved. Add garlic and ginger and mix well. Add oil and whisk until well blended. Set aside. Season chicken if desired and grill for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. This will go quickly since the chicken breast pieces are very thin. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine greens and add cucumber, carrots and green onion.

Whisk dressing again and drizzle over salad. Toss well so that the salad is well coated. Arrange salad on plate. Slice chicken on the diagonal and arrange artfully on the salad. Top with noodle pieces and garnish with orange sections. Serve immediately.

Serving Suggestions: This recipe can be served as a main course or an appetizer. For an appetizer just cut the portions in half.
