What is a good weight loss supplement to use and any ideas for losing weight before summer?

Q. I need to get a flat stomach and lose about 15/20 pounds. I am 130 right now and also what are some good weight loss supplements that have worked for you?

A. I highly suggest you eat change your lifestyle by eating healthy and losing weight that way rather than going on diet pills. There are no secrets or magic pills to help you lose weight the only way is to get in shape by exercising and eating healthy. I would recommend trying a mushroom risotto recipe, it is filling, full of all of the essential fats, protien and the caloric count is not that bad (around 500 for one serving). I love mushroom risotto, its orginal and there are a lot great mushroom risotto recipes to try out, check it out-->http://mushroomrisotto.org

What weight loss supplement would be best for me to take along with working?
Q. Very soon i plan on working out every morning and i want to lose a lot of weight....so what weight loss supplement would be best for me?

A. I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Are weight loss supplements dangerous or do they work?
Q. I am doing some weight training for the first time. I love working out and want the best possible results. I'm seeking to become a personal trainer, do some excersise videos, and be in a few fitness magazines. Do weight loss supplements, such as hydroxycut or slimquik, really work? Are they dangerous for your body? How do they work?

Thank you kindly for answering. I appreciate you all.

A. theyre ripoffs... and they arent healthy for you..if you read fine print they tell you to eat right and exercise so that tells you that they dont work.. so its better just to do it the old fashioned way, eat right and exercise!

What is a Good Weight Loss Supplement to use with Diet?
Q. I am getting married in 6 weeks and would like to add a weight loss supplement to my diet and exercise routine. I follow a low-fat, low-calorie, high fiber diet (ie weight watchers) and exercise throughout the week. I see commercials for all different pills, but not sure which one would be good for me. I just want to maximize my weight loss in the weeks before my wedding. Ultimately, I would like to lose 10 lbs, please let me know what I can use to help accomplish this.

A. There are two all natural weight loss supplements that are safe and have no side effects. They are Cha de Bugre and Hoodia Gordonii.

Cha de Bugre, is a new supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. You can find more about it at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/cha_de_bugre.html

Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant derived from a South African cactus that the bushmen have eaten there for thousands of years. You need to make sure you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. Check out Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodia_comparison.html in the "Confidence" column it will indicate if the brand is "Certified". These Hoodia brands have the credentials to back up their product. Also in that column it will indicate if the brand is "Returnable". These Hoodia brands allow you to return opened bottles and get your money back. I think this indicates that a company has confidence in their product that it works.

Keep in mind that Hoodia Gordonii alone provides appetite suppression but not fat burning. Cha de Bugre is a fat burner but not as good as hoodia with appetite suppression. There are also brands that mix Cha de Bugre with Hoodia Gordonii and other weight loss herbs like Green Tea that can increase both fat burning and appetite suppression.

I have written a lot of articles on Hoodia. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name Andrew Aitaken to find them.

Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplement.
