A. Focus on cardio. If you exercise regularly, decrease (or shorten) the breaks between each set. As for nutrition, stick with vegetables for snacks and eat a lot of protein. Chicken, fish, turkey, etc. are all high in protein. Eliminate carbs, sugar and soda from your diet.

Q. Hey guys, I just wanted to know can I drink protien shake (110 calories) during my weight loss workout because I tend to get tired to quickly.
I mean I still keep my calorie limited to 2000 calories per day but I consum 110 calories of it during my workout it self, shall that be ok to do so?

A. I would have to say high level of cardio should able to lose weight very quickly. But, first, you may want to consult your doctor first about doing this activity.
