Is yoga and belly dancing a great way to loose weight?

Q. Please no spam answers or weight loose pill advertisement.

A. Yes they are 2 good forms of exercise. Add Cardio like jogging 3 or 4 times a week, the gym 3 times a week, a good healthy diet (not "dieting") and weight will start falling off you.


Is it true that the hotter the environment the more weight you loose?
Q. I been told the hotter it is and the more you sweat the more weight you loose. Can it be too hot it's unhealthy? Even while drinking alot of water.

A. You can certainly loose weight by sweating, but that is just dehydration and generally is not what most people mean when they way they want to loose weight. To loose fat you must expend more energy (exercise) than you take in (eating). Sweating is just water loss the weight is quickly replaced by drink fluids.


I need help figuring what type of dance will help you loose a lot of weight?
Q. I want to loose weight but not to much. I know target weight loose is hard. I DONT WANT TO TAKE PILLS OR DIET. Im 14 and i dont want to learn any "adult" type dances to help me loose weight. Im learning how to belly dance and its easy but is there any faster type of dance to help me loose weight?

A. Salsa dancing is fast paced but it requires coordination ( and I didn't have any, LOL ) Have fun !
