How do i stick to a weight lose routine?

Q. I have become overweight since i have had my children. I have attempted a few things to lose weight but nothing ever sticks. I want to feel pretty again and the only way to do it is to be thinner. Any ideas on how to stick to a weight lose routine and be healthy, from eating healthy meals to exercise, I need it all. Keep in mind I'm very busy, married, have two children :) thank you

A. A major factor to losing weight is your diet. cut out fats like chips and cake, anything sweet. That doesnt mean if you got to like a wedding you cant have cake.. Eat lots of snacks like veg and fruits! Dont over do the carbs. try to eat more fish. Drink a lot of water! Dont drink soda or sweet drinks good luck:)

What the cheapest weight lose between the two counting calories or low carb diet?
Q. Yes i i know exercise is cheaper but i plan on doing that anyway.. I've done both weight lose in the past but i can't remember which was cheaper(as far as food)... Both require different foods..

A. As far as money...I don't know. But, think about your health first. Low-carb diets are NOT good for you!!! Please just count your calories (not going below 1200 or 1400 calories for sure) and make sure everything you eat will fuel your body.

does the weight lose on the moon depend up on the specific gravity of the object?
Q. I feel the gravitaional pull as compared to earth is much less and accordingly the weight behaves .--- more the specific gravity , the lose also more ,but there must be a ratio of weight lose as we have on earth weight in air and weight in water is specific io each metal or element

A. the weight on the moon is only a function of the mass of the object multiplied by the acceleration due to gravity on the moon. Since the moon is smaller it has a smaller gravitational acceleration. However specific gravity of an object will not change on the moon. Specific gravity is a ratio of the density of the object divided by the density of water in the same condition. So, specific gravity on the moon would be the density of the object on the moon divided by the density of water on the moon. Also since density is mass/volume, and mass is not not a function gravitational force, specific gravity will not change on the moon.

What is the best weight lose game for the Nintendo DS?
Q. New years resolution: lose at least fifteen pounds and feel good about myself
I want to loose weight this year and have a nintendo ds lite
I saw games like my fitness coach and thought it was okay but there is also the biggest loser and Jillian Michael.
In your opinion what is the best weight lose game for the DS you know of?+

A. First, you run really fast while you hold your DS. When you get tired, take a break and play any game you want. Once you feel up to it again, run again, but this time run at an average pace. Repeat this for X amount of times. Second, don't eat for 4 days.
