how can i lose weight without making my body go in starvation mode?

Q. i have tried weightloss programmes , but all of them tend to make my body go in starvation mode, that is my body starts to hold whatever it got even tighter.

A. your body goes in starvation mode IF you try for a crash dieting program.

you have to make sure that whatever dieting program you use, is a good one, gives you sufficient nutrients and makes you work.

usually the food is a filler, that is it does not contain too much energy in it, and contains much more fibres, so that it just feels like you are full.

Is it possible for any sized person to become really skinny?
Q. From a 200 lb overweight person to an average sized person...is it physically possible for their body types to become a size 0, 1, or 2? If you work really hard, can just anybody have a 20 inch waist or is it only those people with small frames?

I'm pretty much normal weight and I would like to start a weightloss program up, but I don't want to have a physically impossible goal that I'll never achieve :(.

A. i have to say that it isnt. perhaps it may be possible for some people, but not all people are built the same. body types can prevent a person from being in a very small size. for example, if a person has very wide hips they may never be able to fit into a size 0 jeans. not because theyre fat, but because size 0 jeans arent made to fit people with very wide hips. they cant make their hips any more narrow; thats just how theyre built.

also muscle. if a person has very toned legs, that will determine what size jeans they can wear. unless they end up losing the muscle there's no way to squeeze into jeans that have a much smaller leg than that person has.

what matters is that you lose the excess fat on your body and you get into good shape. so set that goal for yourself rather than setting a goal to become a size 0, or a size 1, etc.

Why are so many obese white men gay?
Q. I've seen some black ones to, but it's like lately a lot of obese men on television (particularly the one's who are trying to lose weight on those weightloss programs) drink queer fruit juice.

A. Why are so many blacks sitting in jail?

I've seen some white ones to, but it's like lately a lot of black men on television (particularly the one's who are black), are being shown in orange jump suits with handcuffs on.

What can I do to lose weight?
Q. I'm 17 and a senior in high school. I'm 203 pounds and i'm 5'7". I know that I need to lose weight but I don't know how to do it with my busy schedule. I would like to start a weightloss program for the new year and lose as much weight as I can by prom and graduation. If anyone has any food or exercise suggestions that work please let me know. It will be greatly appreciated!

A. Try to get equal amounts of you vitamins

For example try to get Vitamin C naturally by eating an orange or a tangerine, if you don't have any, go with Orange Juice (Get the pulp brand its MUCH healthier)

To get your Proteins try eating any meat besides Beef or anything Fried. Tuna and Chicken are good examples.

Vitamin D and Pottasium are very essentail for Bone and Muscle Growth and can help the muscles tone up after a workout- These can be found in Bannanas, Dark Cabbage, Milk, Broccolli

Fiber is a very good way to lose weight although I reccomend exercise as well. Try to get 10-15 grams of Fiber daily, replace your bread with Whole grain bread, eat cauliflower or broccolli, and basically eat any dark green vegetable.

As for the workout routine, try to do 30-45 minutes of Cardio (running or jogging),

Yoga is a good way to help relieve stress and maintain oxygen levels to help enhance a workout

Try doing Muscular Fitnesses cause Muscle Burns fat, try Sit-ups or Pushups as these can be done manually without a gym member ship or a machine.

NO PILLS

Achieve weight lose the right and healthy way through exercise and Diet. No sweets or Candies and try to get in 1 gallon of water everyday to flush your system of toxins..Happy Holidays.
