Q. I quit smoking exactly ten weeks ago!!WOOHOO but now I have gained about thirty pounds onto my already heavy self! I would love some good diet exercise ideas before smoking becomes my weight loss tool .
A. oh plz dont!!!
DONT DONT DONT!!!!!!!! Your saying you wanna start killing yourself again!?
Here is what works for me.
Semi-vegetarianism or Flexitarianism.
A SV is someone who eats only fish or poultry ( all kinds of dairy products) and consumes mostly vegetables. No red Meat.
A FV is someone who eats meat ocassionally ( like maybe once a week). Diary included.
You can get all your protein from the dairy and/or fish and poulty you eat. Personally, I stay away from meat and have lost around 5-10 lbs. I am a flexitarian ( flexible vegetarian). Take a multivitamin tablet everyday. AND NO JUNK FOOD!!! I don't follow any ideology, I just do it because I want to be healthy. Im quite overweight. I don't eat large meat ( i.e = slabs of steak, chicken legs, turkey meat, etc) but I will occasionally eat some hamburger helper ( with the bits of meat) and maybe a bite of chicken if I must. I eat around meat in some dishes. I can still eat fast food, just not the burgers or chicken stuff. Usually fries, mashed potatoes, corn, yogurt, apple pie, salad, etc.
you need to consume THREE MEALS A DAY!!!! at the least. Eat veggies!!!

where can I get american weight loss pills in or into australia?
Q. A few years ago I took some wonderful weight loss pills called Xenadrine (in England) and am wondering if it possible to get them (or diet pills like them) in Australia. They contain Ephrine so this might be a problem?
A. Please trust me when I say you don't need a weight loss pill to lose weight. Nobody does.
Every weight loss pill company says to diet and exercise while taking their product. Why, because that is how you lose weight, through diet and exercise.
That is how they get you. They make you believe that it is their product that caused the weight loss when in fact it was actually your hard work. What happens when you don't diet and exercise while taking their product and see no weight loss results.
They say to you, "Well, we do recommend diet and exercise as well". It's a win win situation for them.
Each pill has there own set of side effects and hidden dangers and all have the potential to cause harm. Why would you take the risk when you can lose weight by simply eating well and exercising.
There is no magic secret to weight loss. It is all about hard work, commitment, goal setting and desire. If you want to lose weight you can and you will.

Can you use Magnesium Citrate for weight loss?
Q. i've heard that you can use it as a weight loss tool..or aid...
my question is : is it healthy and are there side effects (long term or short)
and...is there a healthy way to use it?

A. Sorry, but it shouldn't be used for weight loss.
Mag Citrate is a laxative, so if you took it long term, you could be considered bulimic.
However if you ignore this advice, and took some mag citrate, you would loose a couple pounds probably overweight, but just so you know it is ALL water weight.
